Paul Maguire MCIPR MPRCA, founder and managing director
Throughout his career, Paul has been a board director of some of the world's most renowned PR agencies and has held senior in-house communications roles.
He has led creative PR programmes for some of the world's biggest corporate and consumer brands as well as innovative small businesses and major public sector bodies and government departments.
Paul has a proven track record of breakthrough PR campaigns that shape reputations, effect behaviour change and make a real difference to the bottom line. Among his previous clients are BT, British Gas, the RAC, Autoglass, Direct Line, TSB, Castrol, 3M and Siemens as well as the Department for Business and ACAS. Paul is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (MCIPR) and a Member of the Public Relations Consultants Association (MPRCA). Paul won Gold at the the CIPR PRide Awards 2013 for Outstanding Freelance Practitioner.
When he is not running the agency, Paul enjoys running.
Oshy Ellman, consultant
Oshy is a successful communications professional with 15 years experience.
She has worked for big agencies and big name brands across over 40 countries in Asia Pacific, the Americas and EMEA.
Recent clients include Hilton Hotels, BP, Ford, F1 Magazine, Tesco and Sony. Oshy is known for her creative flair coupled with excellent communication skills.
Nicky Sadler, consultant
Nicky is an experienced PR practitioner who enjoys all aspects of PR whether that is writing press releases, coming up with new feature ideas, working with the media or identifying new story opportunities.
She has worked across food and drink, health, house ware trade, consumer and corporate including press launches, media relations and digital campaigns.
Nicky loves keeping up with the latest news and spotting new creative angles to pitch to journalists.
Outside work, she is nuts about hockey, playing in women's, missed and vets leagues and coaching U10s. Her favourite ways to unwind are taking her pet dog for a run, tapas evening in town and playing in the park with her children.
Rebecca Arnold, finance director
Rebecca is responsible for controlling the purse-strings in the agency, as well as helping to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Rebecca has been with Magnite PR from the start and has since built a robust finance operation. Prior to working at the agency, Rebecca cut her financial teeth at BAe (British Aerospace) as well as successful Hertfordshire businesses.
Music is without doubt her greatest passion and she regularly plays and sings with local groups. Rebecca is also a long-serving volunteer with Stevenage-based family support charity Home-Start supporting parents in situations such as isolation or bereavement or who are just finding parenting a struggle.
Rebecca is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
