WelComE helps service personnel on the frontline keep in touch with families and friends back home, wherever they are deployed in the world.
The WelComE service – which stands for Welfare Communications Everywhere – was launched in Bosnia more than a decade ago and, in the last twelve months alone, WelComE has enabled deployed personnel worldwide to make over 3 million voice calls, lasting more than 25 million minutes, and to download an average 2-3 terabytes of data per month via fixed and wireless internet facilities.
Paradigm, which provides the WelComE service to the MoD, asked Magnite PR to write its new Annual Review to highlight the successes, challenges and opportunities for the WelComE service throughout 2011, as well as looking to the future.
We were delighted to answer the call.
