Team Magnite enjoyed a very special evening at the Wine Society to support the work of our favourite charity, The Stevenage Community Trust.
The Wine Society was established in London in 1874 after the last of the great Victorian industrial exhibitions. In 1965, the Wine Society moved to Stevenage, where all its operations have since been concentrated.
After more than 130 years it continues to be owned solely by its members (one share each) and trades only with them. Its focus continues to be to make available to members the highest possible quality of wines at the best possible prices.
We were proud to be asked to speak to an impressive gathering of local business leaders, including international author Ken Follett, about the internal and external benefits of businesses supporting local charities.
